Documentation site privacy

This policy applies to the public docs.construchainglobal.com site. It provides static documentation for ConstruChain Vision and ConstruChain Tracker. Reading it does not require an account or provide access to customer model or project data.
Product operations, MCP connectors and ChatGPT or Claude conversations have separate rules. See the documents linked at the end of this page.
Responsible entity and contact
Section titled “Responsible entity and contact”The entity responsible for this site and for personal data processing within this documentation service is CONSTRUCHAIN GLOBAL LTDA, Brazilian company registration CNPJ 60.740.421/0001-80, at Avenida Saul Nonnenmacher, 250, Ipanema, Porto Alegre/RS, postal code 91751-220, Brazil.

Data involved in a visit

The site has no registration, sign-in, contact form or file upload. It includes no advertising or audience analytics tools and loads no fonts from external providers. This site does not query BIM models, progress, schedules or other customer data.
Avoid putting confidential information in URLs or sending customer data, passwords, authorization codes or other credentials to support. See help to prepare a message with private details removed.
Search and browser storage
Section titled “Search and browser storage”Search uses Pagefind to query an index of this site’s public pages in your browser. It loads files from this site, does not use a ConstruChain account and does not search models or projects. The site does not send the entered term to an external search service.
The interface uses browser local storage to remember your theme preference and session storage for menu state. These preferences support navigation without identifying a product account. You can remove them through your browser’s data-clearing settings; the interface will return to its defaults.
These features do not remove the technical data processing needed to deliver files and protect hosting.
Hosting and sharing
Section titled “Hosting and sharing”The site is hosted on Vercel. Hosting infrastructure may process technical data and access logs to deliver content, operate the service and protect availability and security. See Vercel’s privacy notice for the provider’s practices.
Support request data is used to handle your request. Access to personal information is limited to the people and providers who need it for these purposes, or where disclosure is required by law.
Provider infrastructure may involve processing outside Brazil. To clarify processing or transfers related to a particular request, use the contact in this policy.
Retention and security
Section titled “Retention and security”We retain personal information for as long as necessary for its purpose, compliance with legal obligations and the exercise of rights, where applicable. Technical log availability and retention also depend on hosting settings and policies. This policy does not set a single retention period for all these categories.
Interface preferences remain in your browser according to their storage type and your settings. You control their removal in the browser.
We apply measures proportionate to this public site’s scope, including HTTPS delivery and restricted operational access to logs and support communications. Report security issues using the contact provided, without sending credentials or confidential data.
Your rights
Section titled “Your rights”You can request confirmation of processing, access, correction and information about the sharing of your personal data. You can also request anonymization, blocking or deletion in situations provided by law, portability where applicable and information about consent or its withdrawal when processing depends on it. Lawful retention requirements may also apply.
Send your request to support@construchain.com.br, stating that it concerns the documentation site. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity and locate data, without asking for passwords or sign-in codes. These rights follow the conditions of Brazil’s General Personal Data Protection Law.
Links to products and other platforms
Section titled “Links to products and other platforms”When you follow a link to another site, that service’s practices apply. This policy does not change product terms and privacy policies or ChatGPT and Claude data rules.
